My work is grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based treatment for trauma, and also incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), somatic psychotherapy, and other models tailored to your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, or major life transitions, I offer a safe, affirming space where your story is honored.
